Shiatsu is a Japanese form of bodywork based on Traditional Chinese Medicine. During the treatment we use soothing continuous pressure with our palms, thumbs and elbows. Passive stretching is also performed on tight joints. You lie on a massage table and get stretched. It is a very penetrative but at the same time non-invasive massage.

Acupuncture is an ancient Chinese technique where superfine needles are used to induce healing and cure pain and disease. In addition to Clinical Acupuncture we are proud to now offer Cosmetic Acupuncture. Rejuvenate the face, surgery and Botox free.

Sarah Kreitzer, CST, Dipl. S.T. is the founder and primary therapist at Lotus Shiatsu & Acupuncture. Sarah is a confident therapist, with years of clinical experience. She is an honours graduate of extensive shiatsu and acupuncture programs and is highly trained and certified in clinical and cosmetic acupuncture. Sarah is member in good standing of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Association Physicians Association of Canada (TCMPAC).
